Course Objective
The fact of social policy is related to state in the level of practice and as conceptional. Also the development of democracy is parallel to the development of social policy (until neo-liberalism times). In this context in the content of lecture will be analyzed the state and democracy which is the socialisation of state related with social policy.
Course Content
Introducing the formation of state and it’s historical development process. In today’s conditions debating conceptional forms of state and democracy in the factual level. Evaluating the functions of social policy in the state’s relationship with society.
