Course Objective	The general objective of this course is to introduce the main subject of public finance in a beginner level. At the end of the course students are expect to have basic knowledge of public finance.
Course Content	The Role Of The Government in The Economy, Economic Policy Options in A Mixed-Capitalistic Economy, Evaluate The Opportunity Cost Of Government Activity, Critique The Government Transfer Programs For Their Effects On The Work, İncentives Of The Recipients and on Resource Allocation in The Country, Apply Cost-Benefit Analysis to Determine the Relative Merits Of Government .

1	Know the basic differences in the economic function betwwen the public sector and private sector.

4	Evaluates the political, economic and legal dimensions of State Budget.
5	Describes the objectives and instruments of Fiscal Policy.
