Course Objective To research and analyze the nature, theories, preparation and acceptance, implementation, control and policies of the budget within the scope of the public budget.
Course Content Definition of the public budget properties, theories, systems, accounting systems, treasury operations, budget preparation and implementation-approved, control processes, a function of the state budget as a tool of fiscal policy
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.

1Be able to define the public budget with its functions and principles
2Be able to recognize budget systems, distinguish their differences and evaluate them in terms of budget principles.
3Be able to explain the elements and stages of program-based performance-based budgeting system.
4Be able to explain the central government budget process and the preparation, negotiation, enactment, implementation and supervision phases of this process.
5Be able to evaluate the budget balance and the macroeconomic effects of budget policies.
