Course Objective Strings (Violin, Viola, Violoncello) Piano Improving position shifting abilities, applying new bowing techniques to new positions, scale studies on the new positions, application of spiccato technique, performing domestic and international works appropriate to the student’s level. -Guitar Helping students develop their musicianship and find their musical identity. -Baglama Using Balgama and Misket style, practicing etudes toward polyphonic use of the balgama. -Flute Ensuring the gained knowledge & skills; examining the solo, duo & trios selected from world repertoire; learning to play some of the secondary education school song repertoire and the national antheme; transposition studies on the examples of pieces frome literature; studies of intervals.
Course Content Strings (Violin, Viola, Violoncello) Piano Applying previously learned techniques to new positions and position shifts. -Guitar Studying etudes and other musical pieces from classical guitar repertoire, expressive devices; exploring the ways of using the guitar in general music class. -Baglama Using Balgama and Misket style, practicing etudes toward polyphonic use of the balgama. -Flute To perform with the piano accompany; to play the national antheme.
