COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective	Improvement of piano technics and practice methods; improvement the level of the performed works of piano repertoire from different musical periods; playing with musical interpretation and the basic elements of musical styles.
Course Content	Piano technics: Stacc., legato, phrasing, non-legato&portato, accents, other technics (wrist & arm). Scale & cadenza (in 1 key at least; with parralel motion, 4 octaves). Etudes & exercices. Piano repertoire: Works from different musical periods (appr. to student’s level) Musical expression: phrasing, dynamics, musical articulation Sight reading.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
