Course Objective The aim of this course is to provide students with an overview of addiction in general, and theoretical and practical information about intervention methods by drawing attention to technology addiction and its types.
Course Content This course; It deals with technology addiction and treatment and prevention studies in an integrated manner on the basis of addiction, neurobiological foundations of addiction, etiological and risk factors, types of addiction, measurement and evaluation methods.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

1Explains the etiology, risk factors and neurobiological basis of addiction.
2Gains a theoretical perspective on how addiction affects the individual, family and society.

6Gains awareness of the main prevention and treatment approaches for addiction.
