Course Objective	The aim of this course is to provide knowledge about current research issues and treatment methods in clinical psychology.
Course Content	This course covers the past, present and future of clinical psychology, over-diagnostic approach and psychotherapies, positive clinical psychology, self-help, internet and computer-aided psychotherapies, technology use in psychotherapy, third-wave psychotherapies, diagnostic systems and alternative systems in the field of mental health.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite	No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	Defines current developments in clinical psychology.
2	Knows the diagnostic systems in the field of mental health and expresses the criticisms brought to these systems.
3	Explain the effect of the use of technology on the developments in the field of psychotherapy.
4	Knows current psychotherapy approaches and discusses the similarities and differences with mainstream psychotherapy approaches.
