The aim of this course is to introduce the psychometrics sub-field, to develop psychological tests and to gain knowledge and skills on psychometric properties of measurement tools.
Course Content
This course covers basic concepts and scale types of measurement, validity and reliability of tests, item analysis, factor analysis, ethics in test development.
