Course Objective The aim of this course is to introduce the psychometrics sub-field, to develop psychological tests and to gain knowledge and skills on psychometric properties of measurement tools.
Course Content This course covers basic concepts and scale types of measurement, validity and reliability of tests, item analysis, factor analysis, ethics in test development.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.

1Lists the basic concepts of psychological measurement and assessment.
2Understands both theoretical and applied information on developing a measurement tool.
