Course Objective To give information about development legislation and its applications.
Course Content Historical development of urbanization, utility of urbanization and importance, factors affecting urban planning, exploration of urban plans, definitions and concepts related to zoning, types of zoning practice, border adjustments, parcel allocation and unification operations, technical and legal procedures in the parcelling, application of parceling plans and application methods, arrangement of land and land in accordance with article 18 of the zoning law, expropriation.
