Course Objective	To teach the basic concepts, legislation and methods of immovable valuation, to introduce the application areas in our country and to make sample applications. The expertise is to inform the assessment expertise.
Course Content	Definition of building and structure concept and land and land concepts from the technical side, usage direction and legislations; identification of the environment of a real estate, identification of neighboring buildings and functions, land use limits, and file editing techniques for the subject; technical departments and legal framework; building layouts and related regulations; garden distances, sample projects with understanding and definition of project scales.
