Course Objective The aim of this course is to enable students to develop an understanding of the role of logistics in terms of business, to understand the planning and management of logistics services and supply chain activities.
Course Content Introduction to physical distribution and logistics, logistics systems, logistics and supply chain management, order management and customer service, inventory management principles, distribution centers and warehousing, logistics cost analysis and tradeoff, information technologies and electronic logistics
