Course Objective The general purpose of the Public Relations and Communication course is to explain the basic concepts, application methods and history of public relations science. To provide students with a general framework of public relations by examining the similarities and differences between them and other related concepts and theories such as advertising, propaganda, and giving the rules of professional ethics and ethics.
