Course Objective Financial system and principles of money market and securities markets. Basic institutions of financial system and their role in economic system.
Course Content Central banking in developed and developing countries-the features of it, its foundation and development –the structure of financial system and financial foundations, the banks which accept bank deposit and the ones don’t accept it, the foundations and products except banks-Factoring-Leasing-foreign currency transactions and its management, taxation in capital market.
