Course Content	Preparations for the construction, site and land selection, external criterion studies. Design phase, technical situation, preparation of projects after options and limitations. Preparation for implementation, preparation of preparation documents, types of tenders and forms of implementation. Implementation phase: contracting, construction site works, work schedules, class determination, unit price analysis. Supervision of building production, books and minutes kept in accordance with the control regulation, quantity and discovery works, applications. Processes for completion of construction.
