Course Objective	Introduction of site teams (qualifications and responsibilities); Comparison of construction and industrial enterprises; Main site facilities (concrete mixers, cranes, production beds); Introduction of important rules for physical planning of the construction site; Examination of some successful construction site examples; Review of major construction procurement and financing methods.
Course Content	Site officials, Project Manager and responsibilities; Comparison of construction and industrial enterprises (labor, investment, marketing, cost - profit etc); Major construction sites and facilities; Prestressing, prefabrication and bridge construction, Financing and tender methods.
