Course Objective Student will be able to draw planes and objects using technical drawing tools.
Course Content Definition and importance of technical drawing, technical drawing tools, drawing papers, scales, writing and numbers, writing applications, line and types, line applications, geometric drawings, polygon drawings, projections; point, line, planes projections, finding the actual size, view subtraction, determination of part position, view types, determination of the number of views, One-view, two-view, three-view parts drawing, One-view, two-view, three-view parts drawing, One-view drawing of two-view, three-view parts, rules of dimensioning, applications of dimensioning, definition of perspective, types, drawing of perspective of simple geometric objects; Measurements of perspectives, Sectioning and rules, Full section, half section drawings, Stepped section, partial section, rotated section drawings, Surface roughness and surface treatment marks; Tolerances and tolerances shown on the picture.
