Course Objective To reveal in detail the structures and properties of toxins created by microorganisms and the harm they may cause to humans and other living things. This is to provide information about the detection methods of toxins in laboratories.
Course Content Properties and harms of bacterial endotoxins and exotoxins. Types of fungal toxins (mycotoxins), their properties and effects on human health. Methods for detecting microbial toxins.
