Course Objective To create awareness of how global warming and climate changes affect agricultural production, to be aware of the damage caused by erroneous practices to production and human-environment health, to comprehend sustainable, environmentally friendly production methods in production, to gain application knowledge and skills
Course Content Human-environment relations, understanding the importance of natural balance, interpreting the meaning of environmentally friendly production, environmentally friendly production methods that can be applied in agricultural production and the application principles of these methods (such as good agricultural practices, organic agriculture, biodynamic agriculture), similarities and differences of methods, synthetic inputs used in conventional production and their effects on human health, examples of environmentally friendly production from Turkey and the World
