Course Objective Understanding the concept of sustainability, understanding the importance of natural balance for sustainable production, creating awareness that it will be possible to produce people with organic production without harming animals and the environment, understanding and interpreting the principles of organic production, purpose, method of application, gaining practical knowledge and skills
Course Content The concept of sustainability, factors affecting sustainability in agriculture, production-environment-people and sustainability, understanding the balance in nature and associating it with sustainability, interpreting human-environmental relations, importance of organic production in our lives, the state of organic production in the world and in Turkey, the principles of organic agriculture, differences in practice between organic production and conventional production, examples of organic production from our country
