Course Objective Individual, corporate and sectoral success in the knowledge economy is directly related to the creativity and leadership skills of the individual and the organization. The acquisition of these skills increases innovation capacity and competitiveness. The course aims to help students understand and internalize the importance of these skills.
Course Content Leadership and creativity skills and their effects in development and innovation process will be examined. For personal development, YL skills will be defined and their application areas will be discussed.
