Course Objective The aim of this course is; To give basic information about the types, structural components, dynamics, usage areas and purposes, air law, aerodynamics and aviation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (drone), which have made a great development and widespread use in the civil field, especially in recent years, and to provide a practical infrastructure.
Course Content Unmanned aerial vehicle systems (UAV), UAV and drone types, structural components of UAVs, usage areas, legal legislation on UAVs, future projection and prevalence of UAVs, drone economy.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
Mode of Delivery Face to Face

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Explain UAVs and their basic structural dynamics.
2Evaluate the conditions under which UAVs can be used.
3Discuss air law and emerging norms of UAV use,
4Will be able to creatively evaluate the functions of UAVs in parallel with information and transportation technologies.
5Learn which parts of the UAV can be produced with 3D Printer at an effective cost and gain basic knowledge about the application.
