Course Objective Giving the practice and teoritical knowledge to the students of horticultural department about general viticulture for both Turkey and the rest of the wold.
Course Content Grape history and motherland theory, botanical clacification of grape, commercial clacification, ecology and terroir, grape growing at bot Turkey and the world, statistics, regions, morphological structure of the grapevine, viniyard establishment, tecnical and cultural applications at the vineyard.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
