Course Objective	The objective of this course is to give theoretical and practical information about vegetable identification and classification; seed sowing, irrigation, mechanization and harvesting.
Course Content	History, economical importance, nutritive value in human nutrition, classification of vegetables, ecological factors, vegetable garden establishment, soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation, rotation, propagation methods in vegetables
