Course Objective Evaluation of fruits according to nutrition and different usage areas and knowing the importance, place and value of fruits in different cultures.
Course Content The use and evaluation of all parts of fruits and fruits in folk medicine, landscape and ornamental plants, the place and importance of different fruits in different cultures, Poetry, Turkish Poetry, paintings and religious beliefs from yesterday to today.
