Course Objective To create the basis of beekeeping by introducing the honey bee used as a production material both at the individual and colony level and to teach the methods of managing honey bee colonies (amanejman).
Course Content To understand the place of beekeeping in agriculture and national economy. To be able to learn the theoretical and practical work to be done throughout the year in beekeeping. To be able to recognize and use the tools and materials used in beekeeping. To be able to recognize bee races. To be able to learn nutrition and nutrient needs of adult honey bees. To be able to learn queen bee breeding techniques and methods.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
