COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective To familiarize students with agricultural meteorological parameters and their relationships, to understand the basic principles of agricultural meteorology and to learn the methods of processing meteorological values.
Course Content Definition, importance and development of meteorology, Meteorology departments and application areas, Atmosphere structure and properties, Atmosphere layers, Sun, Earth, Temperature, Air pressure, Wind, Precipitation, Evaporation, Clouds and Fog, Air mass, Fronts, Meteorological Observations, Observation park, Definition of ecology and research topics, Ecological factors, climate-related factors, soil factors, geographical and topographical factors, fire factor, biological factors, ecosystem topics will be explained.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

1Can analyze the relationship between air pollution and climate.
2Analyze the interactions between climate, soil and living organisms in order to reduce risks in agricultural production.
