Course Objective It aims to examine and discuss viticulture and cultivation techniques used in Turkey and other production areas of the world.
Course Content Homeland of grapevine and history of viticulture, botanical classification of grapevine, commercial classification of grapes, ecological requirements of grapevine, world and Turkey viticulture, morphological structure of grapevine, vineyard establishment, technical and cultural processes in vineyards, maturity and harvest.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
