5 Provisions regarding workplaces and employers: Workplace, notification, transfer, transfer and transfer of the workplace. Defining and explaining the concepts of employer, employer representative, employer with temporary employment relationship and subcontractor.

8 Rights and conditions of benefit from survivors' insurance. Calculation of the pension to be granted from the survivors' insurance, the distribution of the survivors' pension to the beneficiaries, the beginning, termination and reconnection of the pensions of the beneficiaries.
