Using as a switching element and amplifier; Definition of MOSFET Structure and Types. Using as a switching element and amplifier.

2 Describes features, Forward and reverse polarization and avalanche events.

4 Examples with Diode Problems and wave forms.
5 Diode Applications as cropping,clamping and converting.
6 Zener diodes ,V-I Charecteristics and Applications.
7 Introduction to BJT Transistors Symbol, Polarity and Power Features.
8 Explains the Saturation and Active Regions of BJTs. Two-dimensional on-axis maximum current, voltage and power point.

10 Draws V-I Graph circuits, current, voltage values. Calculates the power of the transistor.
11 Introduction to JFET Transistors Symbol, Polarity and Power Features. Explains VGS voltage and ID current.
12 Prepares a Table including the values of VGS and ID.
13 Calculates JFET Circuits.Explains Diffrences between D-MOSFET and E-MOSFET.
14 Explains the types of D-MOSFET and E-MOSFET. Calculates the Operating points of both MOSFETs.
