FOOD ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

General Information

The Food Engineering program is conducting MS and PhD programs and offers lessons in topics of food chemistry, food microbiology, food biotechnology, oil science and technology, meat science and technology, grain science and technology, dairy science and technology, fruit-vegetable processing technology and food processing engineering.


Objective

In food Engineering Department aimes that studends have an improved knowledge in one of the selected specializations including food chemistry, food microbiology, food biotechnology, lipid science and technology, meat science and technology, cereal science and technology, milk science and technology, fruit and vegetable processing technology and food process engineering and that they have the necessary qualifications to conduct scientific research.
