The Thesis-based Master's Program in Psychiatric Nursing has been launched in 2023. This program is affiliated with the nursing department within the Institute of Health Sciences and is called the "Thesis-based Master's Program in Psychiatric Nursing". The language of instruction is Turkish. The minimum credit requirement for the program is 60 ECTS. Those who successfully complete the courses are required to conduct a thesis study under the supervision of a thesis advisor, write their results in accordance with the institute's thesis writing rules, and defend them before a jury appointed by the Institute's Board of Directors.

The program is a theoretical and applied program aimed at producing psychiatric nursing experts who are able to transfer, apply, and generate national and international literature knowledge in the field of psychiatric nursing in accordance with the needs of society, and who possess analytical thinking skills.
