GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

 

Areas available for students to be accepted at the university;

 

a)      Higher Education Examination (YGS),

b)      Undergraduate Placement Examination (LYS),

c)       Special Ability Test,

d)       Examination for Transfer (DGS),

e)       Transfer

f)        Foreign Students,

g)       Master and PhD. 

 

Undergraduate / graduate Students who pass the YGS and LYS exams gain the right to enroll at our university. ÖSYM announces the result of the exams and final registrations take place on the dates specified by ÖSYM and Pamukkale University’s academic calendar.

Transition to Higher Education Examination (YGS):

Students who graduate from secondary school / high school or equivalent are placed into short cycle graduate programs, according to ÖSYM’s (YGS) exam results. 

Graduate Placement Examination (LYS):

Students who graduate from secondary school / high school or equivalent are placed into graduate programs, according to ÖSYM’s (LGS) exam results. 

Special Ability Test: According to the conditions and quotas set by ÖSYM, students who have gained the right to register at the university after taking the Special Ability Test, are registered on the final registration date.

(Dikey Geçiş)Examination for Transfer: Students who graduate from Vocational Schools and Open University or equivalent are placed into graduate programs, according to their (DGS) exam results on the dates specified on the academic calendar.

 

 Undergraduate Transfer :

Student registration can be made at the university in accordance with the principles, conditions, regulations and transfer quotas for Inter-Credit Transfers, between Double Majors and Minors determined by the Senate by Switching between Associate Degree and Bachelor's Degree Level Programs in Higher Education Institutions.

Foreign Students: students are accepted to the University within the framework and conditions of the Higher Education Board of Decisions according to the quota set within the Senate.

On issues related to education foreign students who are accepted shall comply with the Higher Education Decision Council and Pamukkale University Associate Degree Regulations, Pamukkale University, Pamukkale University Graduate School of Foreign Languages and ​​with Undergraduate Preparation and Foreign Language Education’s academic rules and regulations.

 

Master and Ph.D.:

Acceptance and registration conditions of Student applications for Graduate education programs conducted by Pamukkale University institutes, are regulated by the principles of general and special conditions quotas set by the "Board of Higher Education, and are applied by Pamukkale University’s Graduate Education Regulations.
