Course Objective This course aims to teach pome fruit species, especially apple, pear and quince, their cultivation ecology, commercially important varieties of these species, rootstocks used in cultivation, cultivation systems and cultural practices to be applied while applying these systems.
Course Content This course covers the production, trade and cultivation of pome stone temperate fruit species such as apple, pear, quince, etc. in a practical way.
