Course Objective The importance of field crops in Turkey's agriculture, to provide students with information about the cultivation and breeding of plants in field crops
Course Content General principles of field agriculture Field farming systems Field crops cultivation techniques Cereals, edible grain legumes, industrial crops, meadow pasture and fodder crops introduction of plants in the groups, cultivation techniques

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1To be able to transfer information to producers about the cultivation of cereals, edible grain legumes, industrial crops and forage crops in field crops;
2To be able to identify the important problems of field agriculture and to be able to produce ideas for solving these problems;
3To be able to prepare projects that will solve the problems of field crops in the region and take part in their implementation.
4They can be environmentally sensitive individuals in field crops applications;
5To know morphological characteristics of important field crops species;
6To be able to identify important field plant species;
7Knows the appropriate storage conditions for field crops produced;
8To be able to recommend field crops suitable for the purpose of producers;
