Course Content The basic purpose of communication, the importance of basic communication functions,communication functioning, formal (formal) communication, non-formal (informal)communication, written communication, written communication aspect of shape, bodylanguage, communication, communicating the importance of body language, the importance of communication and ways of improving efficiency, and ways to overcomebarriers to communication and other related topics will be discussed.
