Course Objective Aim of this course, to gain the necessary knowledge and skills to the students about the modeling, behavior and design of welded joints.
Course Content Welding methods, Auxiliary and protecting equipments of welding, Tension and warping effects on welded members, Weld ability of materials, factors effecting resistance and quality of weld, Design principals of welded connection, Inspection and control of welded connections, Faults of weld which occur during welding process, Safety during welding process and to take required preventive measures. .
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
