Course Objective The aim of this course is to introduce students to the concepts of sociology of work and to give information about the social aspects of business life.
Course Content Concept of Labour and Labour Sociology, History of Labour Relations, Analysis of Concept of Labour and Working Time. Organisations and Industrial Work, Division of Labour and Its Theories, Working Groups and Social Structure of Work, Labour Relations in Industrial Job Environment, Competition, Struggle, Conflict and Collaboration, Variation of Modern Society and Labour Relations, Labour Relations in Society After Capitalism, Analytic Structure of Work and Personel. Information Society and Its Fundamental Features, Women in Work Life, Unemployment and Social Results
