Course Objective Goal; According to Turkish labor laws, the collective bargaining process is the analysis of conflict resolution and struggle aspects, and collective labor relations in working life in terms of process and content.
Course Content Establishment and functioning of workers' and employers' organizations, membership in workers' and employers' organizations, activities of workers' and employers' organizations, freedom and right of trade unions, control and termination, importance of collective bargaining system, autonomy of collective bargaining, definition and content of collective bargaining agreement, conclusion of collective bargaining agreement , provisions of collective bargaining agreement, scope of application and termination, collective labor disputes and peaceful solutions, strike, lockout.
