Course Objective The aim of the course; It is to teach different types of contracts and legal transactions that create debt relations, to cover the damage in case of harming someone else with an unfair behavior and to understand the methods of remedying the injustice.
Course Content The content of this course is the general principles that make up the law of obligations, especially contracts, the conclusion of the contract, offer and acceptance, the ability to make a contract, fundamental and non-essential error, deception, intimidation, excessive use, contractual obligations, freedom of contracting, public order and imperative of this freedom. Limitation against the provisions creates debts arising from tortious act.
