The aim of this course is to have knowledge and skills about writing official and private letters, business letters quickly and effectively, to organize official writing in accordance with the conditions specified in the regulation, and to make these knowledge and skills usable in business life.
Course Content
Basic concepts of correspondence, grammar and spelling rules in correspondence, writing process, Official writing types, features of an official document, sections of business letters, duplication of the document, sending and receiving the document electronically, special writing types
