Course Objective	To have knowledge about seismicity of Turkey, the structural elements that make up the building, the effect of earthquakes on buildings, search and rescue in earthquakes and damage assessment in buildings caused by the effects of earthquakes.
Course Content	Formation of Earthquakes, Earthquake Zones Maps of Turkey and Development of Earthquake Regulations, Disaster and Microzonation, Building Elements of Buildings, Causes of Building Destruction in Earthquake, Disaster Management in Earthquake, Earthquake Search Methods, Creating Earthquake Awareness, Earthquake Insurance
