The aim of the course is to provide the necessary basic informations to the students regarding the history and development of public personnel management; contemporary public personnel management principles and the structure and functioning of the public personnel system in Turkey.
Course Content
In this course; the importance and development of the public personnel management in public administration; the fundamental principles of public personnel management; human resource management practices in public administration and the legislations concerning public personnel management in Turkey are going to be examined.
