Course Objective What is of plant growth regulators, physiology, applied externally to their methods, facilities, and to identify changes occurring in fruit trees within the scope of this course is.
Course Content 1 - Auxins structure, biosynthesis , transport , physiological characteristics, action mechanism 2 - cytokinins structure, biosynthesis , transport in plant body of actions 3 - gibberellins structure, biosynthesis and mode of action of transporting 4 - Abscisic acid structure, biosynthesis and mode of action of the plant body . 5 - Synthesis of ethylene in plant structure of actions . 6 - jasmonic acid structure, effects on plants 7 - Brassinosteroids structure and their effects on plants 8 - Salicylic acid structure and their effects on plants . 9 - The structures of the polyamines, and their effects on plants 10 - Fruit of the encouraging attitude , improving the quality of fruit , Fruit dilution and pre- harvest fruit breakdown on prevention of the use of hormones used and their time , usage and dosage forms 11 - on the rooting of cuttings and their usage times hormones used , use forms and doses 12 - In vitro studies ( meristem culture , micropropagation , somatic embryogenesis, organogenesis ) used hormones and their use and dosage forms 13 - in vitro studies ( embryo culture , anther culture, ovule culture, cell culture , etc.). Used hormones and their use and dosage forms . 14 - Hormones and all other uses of the overall assessment about the issues and work towards the future
