Course Objective	By examining phenomena such as group, communication, change management and team management in organizational behavioral sciences, it is to understand the behavior of individuals within the organization and to direct them appropriately.
Course Content	The framework of organizational behavioral sciences covers topics such as personality, group and intra-group relations, attitudes, leadership, motivation, team management, conflict management, and organizational culture.
