Course Objective The aim of this course is to teach electrical properties of semiconductors and to give information about the experimental methods which are used to determine these properties.
Course Content Resistance, Resistivity, Carrier Density, Mobility, Determination of Scattering Mechanisms, Space Charge Limited Current Technique, Determination of Thermally Activated Current Mechanisms, Hall Effect, High Speed I-V Measurements, Time of Flight Method, 4-Probe Method, C-V Measurements

1 After they have sufficient information about theoretical and experimental subjects, they specialize in an electrical properties and review literature.
