Course Objective Aims of course are determining problems  and nursing care needs about  healthy and high risk newborn
Course Content Neonatal nursing in the World and in Turkey, characteristics of newborn, initiation of the relationship between the family unit and baby, newborn and genetics, follow-up and discharge of high-risk newborns, newborn transport, organization of neonatal units neonatal care, medical therapy in newborns, respiratory system diseases of a newborn, heart diseases of the newborn, neurological disease of the newborn, newborn metabolic problems, endocrine disorders of the newborn , gastrointestinal diseases of newborn, urinary system disease of the newborn , diseases of the blood of the newborn, oncological diseases of the newborn , orthopedic problems of the newborn, skin diseases of the newborn ,sudden infant death syndrome, neonatal infections
