Course Objective To introduce and comprehend the basic features and analysis methods of poetry, theater, novel and story types within the framework of different analysis methods.
Course Content The art and science of literature; text, text commentary, text analysis; analyzing text from past to present; methods of text analysis (psychoanalytic, hermonistic, stylistic, metrosuctional, etc.)

1To know the meaning and concept of poetry, novel and story.
2To distinguish between poetry, novel, story and theater.
3To be able to see poems, novels, stories, theater and its distinctive features in the art of literatüre.
4Understanding the existence and value of different methods that can be used / used in the analysis of poetry, novels, stories and theater texts.
5To gain the ability to analyze poems, novels, stories and theater texts of different authors.
6To gain the ability to use Turkish in written and oral form successfully during poetry, novel, story and theater analysis.
7Have a sense of self-confidence in text analysis.
