Course Objective Fundamental problems of philosophy of law (justice, the essence of law, legal reasoning, law reviews, self-determination, the right to legitimate defense of society, etc.) and to examine the basic approaches.
Course Content Basis problematics of philosophy of law (justice, law of essence, interpretation in law, will freedom, legal self-defence of Society ect.); basis approaches (Historian Law School, law of theory, judicial positivism, judicial realism, fenomenological law, existentialist law)
