Course Objective The aim of this course is to focus on the development period characteristics and effective communication ways that parents should pay attention to during the shaping of the child's personality, which is an important role in the well-being of a person.
Course Content Definition of family, emergence of family, structure and functionality of family, family types, family organization types, basic functions of family, gaining values, family as a cybernetic system, healthy and unhealthy family relations, communication in family, family stressors, coping strategies of families, family's coping strategies relations, communication conflicts, transactional analysis, established thoughts and belief patterns that cause communication conflicts in the family, domestic violence, democratic life in the family, conflict resolution in the family, examining the programs of strengthening the couple relations
