Course Objective	Understanding the contents of society, culture and education concepts, knowing the theories related to society and culture, understanding the relation among education and these concepts. Knowing the concepts of social change, social growth, individual growth and the relations among education and these concepts. Understanding the concepts of learning, education, communication, culture and personality and knowing the relationships among these concepts.
Course Content	The concepts of society, culture and education and their characteristics; the concepts of learning, education and socialization and their characteristics; the theories of society and culture; family and education; social, political, economic and individual functions of education; cultural continuity, cultural change and education; the relations amongst culture, education and personality.
